Poets Are Legislators

Poets are the legislators. Sidney perpended that. During that period, in the late sixteenth century, the only means of amusement was poetry. Now don't ask - why, drama was also there. At that time, play were being written in poetic forms. So dramas were also one type of poetry. This argument in today's world is synonymous with cinema. The directors and actors depicture a style or fashion statement that becomes the law of the day. A shoddy bumpkin who cannot afford healthy food purchases any item endorsed by his favourite actor. This is a berserk time. Felicitous arguments do not hold water nowadays. Libidinous desires are immanent within everyone. When it pops up exogenously and starts affecting the day to day life with bawdry, then we are stirred awake.
