The Policy of Carrot and Stick

The policy of carrot and stick is implemented by teachers to teach pupils lessons. Some unworthy students try to grease teachers' palms to get good marks. Backbenchers like to have a close shave from failing the exam. Sometimes there is bad blood among the top category studious pupils and the lower marks students. It is no use to cry over spilt milk because after getting the marksheet in hand one can't do anything about it. If someone consistently fails in an exam, family also leaves him or her in the lurch. Relatives then gather around to sit in judgment. Along with them, the neighbours also take her to task. In such a devastating scenario, a student, if he is worthy to be called a student, must not lose head. Whenever life is at sixes and seven, one must keep calm. Always the student must remember that s/he is not a delegate of anyone else. If one does not have sufficient latitude in life, snatch it. Everybody slips up in life. When you think eschatology, all your fears wither away. Sometimes mere orison will come to no avail. Happiness is not in the offing, it's in the present; just you have to feel it. Life does not make you pin-up person invariably. You are not prescient also about any occurrence; so don't get afraid of anything. It is better to be dead than to be a stooge. On account of longitudinal development, one needs sacrifice small petty interests. The world is filled with hoity-toity people; don't increase that count. Life is banal oftentimes, when people around you are trapped in the same cycle of quotidian modus vivendi. But you must bridle your passions where they are not required and apply them where they are necessary. Always remember, on one side there is a slough and on another success. Even if you ride a nag instead of camel, you can win the race. But the enthalpy of your brain must not heighten your practical wisdom. Troubles will turn to grit once you be courageous. You don't need liaise with many people; rather, keep you to yourself. Whatever transpires around you in this vast world need not get your attention all the times. Just be serendipitous to your own activities of career. If you gravitate too much to outward irrelevant occurrences, you will get distracted from your goal in life. Remember, no life is infallible. Nonetheless, don't be so frail that wind can smash you. Need not apprise other people about your practice. Just make your mortar without noise.
