Effulgent

Her future is effulgent because she has a PhD in English.
I always try to hold my equanimity even under distress.  
She does not have perspicuity in her explanations.
As a human being, I cogitate deeply at least for fifteen minutes a day. 
It is incumbent for us to publish a paper in a well-known publication.

Enervation

James Thomson in "The Castle of Indolence" portrays a setting where the dwellers confront moral enervation due to their indulgence in luxury.   The woman is of tawny complexion.  Looking at Alec's murdered body, the landlady had goose flesh.  We bristle at the prospect of another interview.  She was wearing a beige skirt.
