Impedance

Many impedances will come in my life, but i have to remain strong. 
Life is a boring rigmarole through which you have to pass till death. 
Andrew the robot in Assimov's story was made of positron. 
His intransigence is sometimes tiresome. 
Human beings are biologically vertebrate animals, but characteristically some lack spine.

James Thomson in "The Castle of Indolence" portrays a setting where the dwellers confront moral enervation due to their indulgence in luxury.   The woman is of tawny complexion.  Looking at Alec's murdered body, the landlady had goose flesh.  We bristle at the prospect of another interview.  She was wearing a beige skirt.
