A Political System

A political system prima facie may look democratic. But immanently it may be anything but wholesome for the citizenry. A snippet from Tagore's poem is reminiscent - "Where the head is held high". The power politics, though not palpable, is a site of conflictual interests. Petitio principii does not work here. It is a bonanza to optimize one's wealth status, bank balance. Even the lower level clerks are also inducted by political influence or monetary stimulus. To have a political support is a diaphragm in this society. In today's world ineffable occurrences are taking place every day. Life has become expeditious by the forays of science and technology. A modicum of acumen in technology functions as a catalytic to build career. Having shelved teleological approaches to life, one must confront the major balks. Life is filled with difficult payloads. It is a dilution of tragedy and comedy. But what is germane is to keep oneself busy. Troubles are the greatest preceptors in life. Without engaging in vacuus claptrap, one must waylay any opportunity that comes underway.

James Thomson in "The Castle of Indolence" portrays a setting where the dwellers confront moral enervation due to their indulgence in luxury.   The woman is of tawny complexion.  Looking at Alec's murdered body, the landlady had goose flesh.  We bristle at the prospect of another interview.  She was wearing a beige skirt.
