Cognition

Electing the capable member is a matter of mature cognition which itself unfortunately seems lacking in the rabble. The year, 1918 is the terminus a quo when the commoners are provided with the enfranchisement. The famous cogito by Descartes proves that most of the vox populi do not have any particular, logical foreknowledge before choosing someone as their representative. They are sunk in a dirty slough, and they keep choosing either that blackguard who has haled them in that pit for years or some celebrity socialite who hardly cares for how these destitute constituencies are consuming their days with bawl and yowl. Additionally, there is a horde of feet-licking goons who are the mentee of that so called representative and their earnest responsibility is to make sure that most of the inhabitants of the region choose their Da or Di either by rapacity or rapport.
