Concurrence

You cannot remain impervious to the concurrence of these two incidents. 

Most of the students of literature cannot recapitulate the literary theories because most of them have still remained opaque to the students even after completing masters. 

Many indelible memories stored in our subconscious can warp the woof of our mind. 

My Ph.D. course has greater heft than the others in my life because it has inflected the trajectory of my thoughts to a great extent. 

No provocateur can persuade me to forego my discipline.

Enervation

James Thomson in "The Castle of Indolence" portrays a setting where the dwellers confront moral enervation due to their indulgence in luxury.   The woman is of tawny complexion.  Looking at Alec's murdered body, the landlady had goose flesh.  We bristle at the prospect of another interview.  She was wearing a beige skirt.
